Welcome to RosCar Corfu. We have been operating since 2022, offering access to over 40 vehicles from local car rental companies across Corfu. We are not a car rental company ourselves and do not own any vehicles. We act as a car rental aggregator, facilitating bookings through our partner companies.
1. Booking and Using Our Site
To book a car, users must:
- Select the pick-up and drop-off location (airport, city, or hotel)
- Choose a vehicle type
- Choose additional options such as no deposit, no credit card, insurance, or child seat
- Provide driver contact information
- Pay 15-20% of the rental cost online
After booking, a voucher with instructions and contact details of the rental company will be sent to your email.
All rental terms, insurance, and rules are set by the local rental company providing the car.

3. Payment
- Users pay 15-20% of the rental cost at the time of booking via the site.
- The remaining amount is paid directly to the rental company at the time of car pick-up unless otherwise indicated.
- We do not process full payments and do not store users’ credit card information.
4. User Responsibility
- Users must follow traffic rules and the rental company’s policies.
- Users are responsible for fines, damages, or legal violations during the rental.

- We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or availability of vehicles.
- All complaints regarding vehicles, insurance, or service should be addressed directly to the rental company.
- We cannot guarantee the availability of a specific vehicle until the booking is confirmed.

- Users can cancel bookings for free according to the conditions provided at the time of booking.
- Any changes, including dates or vehicle type, must be made via the website or directly with the rental company.
